Return Eligibility

Products purchased from Electro Mart are eligible for return if they are found to be defective, damaged during delivery, or different from what was ordered. The product must be unused, in original condition, and returned with all original packaging, accessories, manuals, and invoices.

Time Period

Customers can request a return within 15 days of delivery, depending on the product category. The return request must be raised within the applicable time period to be considered valid.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

• Original packaging, tags, and accessories must be intact
• No physical damage, scratches, or liquid damage
• An invoice or proof of purchase is mandatory

Refund Process

Once the returned product is received and inspected by our team, the refund will be processed within 5–7 working days. The refund will be credited to the original payment method (bank account, UPI, or card). In case of Cash on Delivery (COD), customers will be asked to provide bank details for refund processing.
